Here Now Mindfulness is delighted to offer you this eight week programme developed by Mindfulness Now UK, of which Shashtee is a licensed and accredited teacher. The course is either online, or in-person and is approved by The British Psychological Society.
During the eight weeks you will learn how to bring mindfulness into your every day; you will be guided in meditation; experience mindful eating; be invited to journal your observations and thoughts; be supported to make the changes you need to become mindful, and enjoy the benefits of mindful movement.
In this small group we support each other's well-being and create a 'koselig' space where we can all explore mindfulness and meditation. Shashtee's USP is in creating a warm and welcoming environment, where you feel supported to cultivate awareness, presence and stillness. The USP of the course is that it is delivered in an invitational style, with adaptive and non-directional language.
The course is generally suitable for all, whether you are a beginner, or have some experience; however, there are some health contraindications to consider for those with certain conditions. This will be discussed at the Intake Process.
