Cancellation Policy

If a discretionary refund is given for any reason, this will only be credited to the credit/debit card that was used to make the original purchase. If a class is cancelled by Here Now Mindfulness for any reason, we will make every effort to contact you via email or telephone to let you know. Any classes cancelled by Here Now Mindfulness will be offered to you by way of credit, or added onto the end of your block booking. Please note that the rights of cancellation, refund or limitations set down in these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you cancel your place on a course or workshop, there is NO refund policy. If a serious medical reason means you cannot attend your booked course, efforts will be made to book you onto the next available course Here Now Mindfulness reserves the right to cancel a course or workshop if there is a problem with the venue or the class size. Classes cannot be swapped or carried over if missed, sessions cannot be swapped to online. No exchanges.
